Advanced Training at CMU

The Central Michigan Karate Club held an Advanced Training session today.  During the session, students worked on falling techniques, take-down and wrapped up with board breaking.

 

Special thanks to all the people who coordinated room, scheduling, picked up boards and attended the group lunch afterwards.  The Long Travel Award for the day went to Mr. Christopher Richardson who traveled in from Chicago!
