Community Center Clean Up

Thank you to all the Central Michigan Karate Students, parents and friends who showed up Thursday evening at the Curtis Building in Edmore to help in the Clean-up project. 

The volunteers showed up to pick up trash and rocks that were pushed into the grass all winter by snow plows.  This is one way that the Karate Club can help say Thank You and give back to the community.

Advanced Training at CMU

The Central Michigan Karate Club held an Advanced Training session today.  During the session, students worked on falling techniques, take-down and wrapped up with board breaking.

 

Special thanks to all the people who coordinated room, scheduling, picked up boards and attended the group lunch afterwards.  The Long Travel Award for the day went to Mr. Christopher Richardson who traveled in from Chicago!

11:00 – 11:55       Session 3 – Breaking Techniques

11:55 – 12:00       Questions & Bow Out
