A slow version of Chil Sung Sam Ro, the 3rd of the 7 form series created by Grandmaster Hwang Kee. I learned this form as part of the 3rd International Tang Soo Do Seminar. The class was lead by Grandmaster Kang Uk Lee who was assisted by Grandmaster Dale Drouillard.
