Wheelchair and Adaptive Martial Arts at GVSU

Special thanks again to Kelly Case, John Cannon and Jesse Forquer for helping with the Wheelchair and Adaptive Sports Camp at GVSU.

The turn out was amazing and the people who participated with the martial arts clinic were very enthusiastic.

It is very inspiring watching Mr. Case work with people of all ages and ability levels to demonstrate that anyone with an open mind and willingness to learn can participate in the martial arts.  Over the years he has worked with many instructors to learn how to adapt the techniques of martial arts for people that use wheelchairs.

Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing what you have in store for the students joining your fall classes in Kent County.
